Majd egy \u00e9vvel k\u00e9s\u0151bb, ennek tov\u00e1bbfejlesztett v\u00e1ltozata a \u201ePente 600\u201d pr\u00f3bakocsija is elk\u00e9sz\u00fclt. Ezzel nemcsak egy gyermekkori \u00e1lom val\u00f3sult meg, hanem a gy\u00e1r is nagy \u00fczleti lehet\u0151s\u00e9get l\u00e1tott a kisaut\u00f3gy\u00e1rt\u00e1sban. Egy egyszer\u0171 szerkezet\u0171, hossz\u00fa \u00e9lettartam\u00fa, kis el\u0151\u00e1ll\u00edt\u00e1si k\u00f6lts\u00e9g\u0171 aut\u00f3t akart l\u00e9trehozni. Az aut\u00f3 560 kg volt, 15 l\u00f3er\u0151s, 4 szem\u00e9lyt sz\u00e1ll\u00edtott \u00e9s alig fogyasztott t\u00f6bbet, mint egy motorker\u00e9kp\u00e1r. \u00c1ramvonalas karossz\u00e9ri\u00e1t, \u00e9s k\u00e9t\u00fctem\u0171, k\u00e9thengeres, l\u00e9gh\u0171t\u00e9ses farmotort kapott. Itt a motor \u00e9s teherg\u00e9pkocsigy\u00e1rt\u00e1s tov\u00e1bbfejleszt\u00e9s\u00e9n dolgoztak, f\u0151k\u00e9nt a speci\u00e1lis g\u00e9pkocsik, terepj\u00e1r\u00f3k, nyergesvontat\u00f3k, p\u00f3tkocsik \u00e9s aut\u00f3busz alv\u00e1zak ter\u00fclet\u00e9n. R\u00e9szt vett nemzetk\u00f6zi t\u00e1rgyal\u00e1sokon K\u00edn\u00e1val, Tibettel, Egyiptommal. Egyik legnagyobb siker\u00e9t a Csepel teheraut\u00f3k tibeti exped\u00edci\u00f3j\u00e1val \u00e9rte el 1956-ban, ahol \u0151 volt az exped\u00edci\u00f3 m\u0171szaki vezet\u0151je.
